Carbon Sales

Not all carbon is created equal with technology, certification, vintage and project sponsor all playing a vital role in the applicability and impact of the carbon to each Cleaner Climate client.  

As both a carbon project developer and carbon offset retailer we are uniquely placed to review each transaction via a stringent evaluation methodology. This ensures that the emission reductions are credible, sustainable and meet CDM, VCS or other independent certification. 

All of Cleaner Climate's carbon offsets are also eligible under the Australian Government's National Carbon Offset Standard (NCOS).

Cleaner Climate’s sales solutions limit potential negative publicity and legislative issues when investigating how, when and what type of emission reductions to procure. 

 All emission reductions are retired to Cleaner Climate’s online registry with secure login details supplied to each client.

Cleaner Climate also has a registered account with the Gold Standard registry http://www.cdmgoldstandard.org/ and the VCS Markit Environmental registry (formally TZ1)  http://www.markitenvironmental.com

Once emission reductions become eligible, they are immediately transferred to either the Gold Standard or VCS registry.  Projects and related project documentation are available publicly.
