Kerry Wright – Director South Africa

Kerry is working with leading businesses in South Africa and helping them transition to a low carbon economy.

Kerry brings to Cleaner Climate a multitude of relationships in South Africa’s manufacturing, finance, entertainment and renewable energy industries. Her interest in climate change began 4 years ago through researching tidal energy as a renewable energy resource in the Maldives. She is currently sourcing funding to conduct a tidal resource assessment in the islands, which has the support of the Maldivian Ministry of Energy.

Kerry is South African born and educated, having a Masters degree from the University of Cape Town.
