Cleaner Climate amongst UNEP Carbon offset partners

The United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) recently launched its Climate Neutral Network and hosted the tenth special session of the Governing Council/Global Ministerial Environment Forum of the UNEP in Monaco during February 2008.
